Welcome to Jewelify (accessible at jewelify.art and related subdomains), an online software platform owned and operated by Sofseed Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), having its registered office at 99 Meenakshi Nagar, New Ramnad Road, Madurai - 625009, Tamil Nadu, India.

By accessing or using Jewelify, subscribing to our services, or making any payment, you (“Customer”, “User”, or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

1. Nature of the Service

Jewelify is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and Progressive Web Application (PWA) tool designed to assist jewelry showroom owners and retailers in generating daily gold and silver market rate posters, managing brand assets, and creating marketing collateral for digital distribution.

2. Subscription & Pricing

• Subscription Fee: Jewelify Pro access is offered on a subscription model currently priced at ₹600 (INR) per month.
• Billing Cycle: The subscription is billed on a monthly recurring basis or through designated periodic payment links.
• Price Alterations: We reserve the right to revise our subscription pricing upon providing reasonable advance notice to our users via email or website announcements.

3. Payment Processing & Gateway Terms

All digital subscription payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment aggregators, specifically Cashfree Payments. By initiating a transaction, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and privacy conditions of the payment gateway.

4. User Account & Showroom Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all showroom details, contact numbers, and gold/silver rates entered into the software are accurate and authentic. Sofseed Technologies shall not be held liable for any commercial disputes, customer grievances, or trade discrepancies arising from rates published on your posters.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, graphic layouts, templates, visual designs, logos, and trademarks associated with Jewelify remain the sole proprietary property of Sofseed Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform to generate promotional posters for your registered jewelry business. You may not reverse engineer, resell, decompile, or redistribute the software platform.

6. Termination & Cancellation

You may terminate or cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting our support team prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Sofseed Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network failures, or market rate fluctuations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
