- Technical Data: Browser type, device operating system, IP address, and PWA interaction events to ensure reliable application performance.
2. Payment Information & Security (RBI Compliance)
Non-Storage of Card Data: In strict accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Sofseed Technologies and Jewelify never collect, process, or store any sensitive customer payment instrument details (such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, card expiry dates, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs) on our servers.
All digital payment transactions are conducted through our licensed and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator, Cashfree Payments. Cashfree encrypts and manages all payment workflows with end-to-end industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and configure your dedicated digital rate poster studio.
- To process subscription payments and issue invoices/receipts.
- To provide customer support and service updates via WhatsApp or email.
- To notify you about software enhancements, new festive templates, or service downtime.
